Job Description:
• Oversee the hiring and development of the sales organization, appropriate for the company’s maturity / size.
• Provide an annual Sales Plan and provide quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan.
• Develop in coordination with the CEO/President both to establish compensation, sales incentives programs, commission plans, sales contest and bonus plans.
• Developing both the monthly and annual sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan.
• Development and implementation of sales improvement initiatives and sales strategies
• Leadership and motivation f the sales force
• Enforcing the effective use of Pivotal CRM for all sales activities and maintenance of an up-to-date sales database
• Evaluation and direction of all sales activities
• Management of sales leads and opportunities
• Maintenance of a training program for all sales representatives as well as refresher training program for all sales representatives
• Completion of all RFI’s and RFP’s
• Development of competitive analysis material
• Management, setup and monitoring of attendance of all seminars/webinars.
• Participation in the development of
 Newsletters, marketing literature/material, print advertising
 Tradeshows
 Pulse web-site
 Telemarketing initiatives
• Continuously providing written feedback to the development department on notable competitive advantages/disadvantages in the marketplace

Requirements o Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred.
o At least 3 years of experience in comparable industries selling EHR/EMR and PM clinical side solutions, with 5 years in senior management position.
o Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
o Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
o Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment.
o Knowledgeable Electronic Health Records and Practice Management Clinical solutions and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
o Has developed and executed tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
o Demonstrated leader among employees.
o Strong written, verbal communication and listening skills
